Bringing industry and neighborhood grocery stores closer together, without intermediaries

How do we collaborate with supply chain innovation in Brazil?

Yandeh is a company that is redefining the supply structure in Brazilian retail. Through a robust ecosystem of digital services, integrated logistics and strong partnerships with the industry, Yandeh enables the owners of grocery stores and small businesses that use its platform, to place orders 24/7, directly from the industry (without the need for a distributor), receiving weekly direct with competitive prices. Orders are influenced by accurate suggestions built from the analysis of sales data from these markets, suggesting optimizations in inventory and sellout strategies.

WHF worked with the Yandeh team during a sprint to identify improvements and opportunities in this relationship, creating, evolving and prototyping new features for the evolution of its service platform. From an immersive fieldwork and a careful business analysis, our team worked to renew and deepen the installed knowledge about the public as well as to build concepts capable of directing the company's product team in its evolution journey.
