Turning employee engagement into social impact

How we helped B3 reach record levels of internal engagement with its social impact initiatives

B3 is one of the leading players in the Brazilian capital market and is an important agent of transformation when it comes to social impact. B3 Social, the company's Superintendence focused on the theme, finances projects and promotes the company's engagement with the theme, collaborating to boost the ESG agenda in the organization's strategy. In this sense, we worked alongside the B3 team to understand in depth the internal context of engagement of the company's employees in relation to the voluntary services of social impact promoted by the superintendence.

Through an iterative design process, we redefined the engagement strategy, redesigning the company's entire volunteer program. The process comprised a solid strategy layer connecting the objectives and guidelines to the internal engagement platform designed in its experiences, depth and content for the different employee personas identified.

The program, after the first year of implementation, had a record internal and external impact (considering market benchmarks) for the engagement of employees with the company's social projects agenda and became an important relationship asset of the company within its strategy of establishing a reference leadership in ESG in Brazil and worldwide.
