The SEB Institute is an initiative of the SEB Group for social impact focused primarily on the operationalization and support of different projects that have education as a vector of social transformation. In this trajectory, Instituto SEB sought the partnership of WHF to enhance an important movement: the inauguration of a culture and inspiration hub that would bring together not only the initiatives of Instituto SEB, but would also be responsible for the availability of collaborative spaces focused on creativity, entrepreneurship and sustainability. Located in the historic center of Ribeirão Preto (SP), A Fábrica, as the structure was named, needed a strategy to accelerate its transformative potential.
Based on the premises of collaboration and cultural preservation already established in the dA Fábrica structure itself (the entire complex was created from the revitalization of an important architectural legacy of the city), we established a thorough participatory design work, where our team interacted with students, beneficiaries of the SEB Institute programs, social leaders and coordinators of impact programs to create a solid platform of content and experiences designed to create the ideal environment for the amplification of social impact.
The work carried out created strategic guidelines on the pillars of transformation, the establishment of social entrepreneurship partnerships, the integration of the Factory with the community, as well as established the entire dynamics of occupation and visibility of the events and experiences of the SEB Institute, providing greater efficiency to the Institute's investments in general.
