SEB Schools is one of the most iconic education networks in Brazil. Born from the efforts of the SEB Group, with a 60-year tradition of operation, the schools offer basic education in all school cycles with bilingual options and a wide range of after-school services focusing from wellbeing and development of social-emotional skills to tutoring and preparation for exams and university processes.
SEB Schools has been undergoing an intense transformation establishing itself as a reference player in the sector. During the pandemic, in addition to the pedagogical solutions, the services and the relationship with families also evolved. The WHF, in partnership with the SEB Group's digital transformation team, worked to map the current journey and redesign the enrollment and school management experience for families, as well as redefine the tools used by the teams responsible for servicing schools.
For over 1 year our team worked intensively to clarify the journey and business rules while producing prototypes and screens within the development squad allocated exclusively for the job. From the creation of a complete design system a full team of designers worked to bring to life the experience desired by families in managing the enrollment of their sons and daughters throughout Brazil. The project redefined the enrollment process in speed and competitiveness, enabling a 100% digital process compatible with mobile and desktop devices, providing greater autonomy for all involved. In addition, the project positively impacted the entire relationship throughout the school year since it enabled total autonomy for families to manage their relationship with the SEB School through the available digital platforms.
