How we used Service & Product Design to redesign interfaces and bring operational efficiency in the transportation segment with Rodonaves

RTE Rodonaves is one of the most iconic companies in the transportation and logistics sector in the country. The company, located in Ribeirão Preto (SP), operates with a wide ecosystem of services in the most diverse productive areas considering land and air transportation in Brazil. In this context, Digital Transformation has become a key movement in its continued success.

WHF was responsible for researching, mapping and building the design and UX strategy for the company's new TMS (Transport Management System). Through extensive fieldwork, our team created a proprietary design system, as well as spent over a year on-site at the company to design the UI experience of the company's new system.
