Saint Gobain is a French multinational that operates in Brazil in the Civil Construction sector - more specifically in the building materials segment. One of the major challenges in the company's transformation strategy is the elimination of bureaucracy and errors, obtaining greater alignment of its employees in its various operations.
In partnership with Onovolab, WHF planned and led a structured design process to rethink Saint Gobain's strategic planning and budgeting experience. Utilizing knowledge of the Saint Gobain business and co-creation with its collaborators, we worked to prototype a platform that would enable a fully digital planning and budgeting experience. The project, executed in partnership with Onovolab, enabled Saint Gobain to experiment with new possibilities for innovation with a focus on its operational efficiency in an agile and assertive way.
